Brandy opened her very own Allstar gym just a few years back, it was then BGC was born! She is the boss lady who loves every athlete and employee as if they were her own child. Anyone that steps in the door she treats as part of the family! She is an energetic, innovative, and marvelous coach that knows how to build a champion!
Brandy has been involved with cheerleading since the age of 10 where she started as a rec cheerleader. She began coaching 2006 where she took a team that had never won and made them undefeated! She moved onto coaching high school where she won multiple competitions and county championships. During her tenure as an Allstar coach she has lead multiple teams and levels to National Champions, Grand Champions, and U.S. Finals Champions, including a Champions League full-paid bid and U.S. Finals paid bids. Last year Brandy coached two teams that went onto become Grand Champions, and a National Title!
Brandy manages a local Dentist’s office when she isn’t at the cheer gym. She spends most waking hours at the gym as she continues to expand the business and build the empire called BGC Allstars. In 2015 she opened up Bobbi Glam Cheer and Dance Boutique located inside the BGC facility. Brandy still finds time to enjoy time with her family, travel, and spend time with her dog Indy!
Brandy is USASF certified, CPR/AED certified, PCA, First Aid, and certified in SafeSport!
Sherry runs the financial department of BGC Allstars!
She is an expert in accounting and manages a big law firm in Towson!
In her spare time she likes to spend time traveling with her family, and rooting on her daughter, one our own Level 4 competitive cheerleaders, on and off the mat

Cindy started coaching instructional gymnastics over ten years ago. Cindy’s love for cheerleading grew in High School and College where she cheered for Stevenson University. She has coached cheer tumbling at Harford Gymnastics and was director of the Overlea Recreation Tumbling Program. Cindy has been coaching cheerleading for past 7 years, with experience coaching High School and level 1-4 athletes.
Currently Cindy’s full time job is in nursing. She is a USASF member, CPR/AED and First Aid Certified. Member of National Youth Alliance Sports with a certificate in cheerleading since 2012, and completion of concussion training through NFHS.

Amanda has been involved in the competitive cheerleading world since she was 8 years old. She was a level 5 cheerleader for 8 years, and learned how to teach along the way. She is experienced in all levels, and excels in coaching tumbling and stunting.
Amanda started with competitive cheer, and cheered into college with Coastal Carolina University. She decided to relocate when meeting her fiancé! After moving to Maryland, she got married and had a daughter named Meadow. Meadow started cheering competitively in 2017!
Amanda graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and is a full time tattoo artist when she’s not at the gym. She is skilled in technique, spotting levels 1-5, choreography, and upping difficulty in routines.

Morgan joined the BGC family in 2015! While being a full time student Morgan gained 4 years of experience coaching Allstar cheerleading. She floated between all teams, gaining experience in levels 1, 2 and 3. She is intuitive, creative, and motivated. She will continue coaching cheer and tumbling as part of our BGC Family along with expanding to assistance coach for CMW Cheerleading in Fall 2017.
Morgan grew up in Bel Air, MD where she gained 9 years of personal cheerleading experience from Bel Air Rec to High School. After only one season on JV freshman year, she made Varsity and continued on to cheer the remaining 7 seasons competing at Varsity county, regional and state levels! Not only was she captain both seasons her senior year, she won 2nd place at states twice! Morgan continued onto University of Maryland and recently graduated Spring 2017 with a Bachelor's in Fine Art! She is continuing her education focusing in graphic design.
Morgan is CPR/AED certified, USASF L1-3 certified, and PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance). She believes teaching and learning using positive, encouraging methods are important factors in her coaching philosophy.
Some other fun facts of Morgan are that she worked the Little Ravens Cheer Camp at M&T Bank Stadium with the ravens cheerleaders and worked multiple cheerleading competitions including Reach the Beach.

Becky has been with the BGC Family since 2015. She is an expert coach in levels 1,2 and 3. She brings not only knowledge of universal scoring system, but creativity and enthusiasm. She has a very nurturing personality and works great with all our teams, especially Tiny/Allstar prep!
Becky's history with cheer started back in 2001 cheering for SAYA Rams, then onto Bel Air Rec before joining the Bel Air High School Cheerleading Squad through 2012. While cheering in high school she worked with Fallston Recreational Cheerleading! She then moved on to work for Stars Allstars from 2014-2015 before finding her home with BGC! In the 2016-2017 season she coached Majesty taking them to win multiple Grand Champions!
While Becky is not coaching, she is the Manager at one our local Wawa's, can you spot Coach Becky? She graduated from Towson with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership Management. In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends!

Bianca has cheered since she was 6 years old. She has competed at the Cheerleading Worlds 5 times in a row as a level 5 athlete. Two of those times were with Maryland Twisters Black Ice. She was a competitive gymnast at ACPR. Her freshman year of high school she made the varisty cheerleading team at JoppaTowne High where she also played lacrosse. After graduating high school she started at Harford Community College and majored in Criminal Justice. She transferred to Wilmington University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She has been coaching Allstar cheerleading since 2014. She is experenced with coaching levels 2-4.
Fun fact about Bianca is that she comes from a family of Pro athletes.
Erin has been coaching since 2002 and has been apart of MDT-Harford the last 3 seasons as a cheer and tumbling coach. The 2020-2021 season she has taken on an administrative role. She holds several certifications and is credentialed up to Level 4 through USASF. Her favorite part of coaching is watching the progression of the athletes over the season. She also works full time for the State of Maryland and holds a Masters degree in Financial Management and Accounting. She is also a mom of two awesome children.
Briana has cheered since she was 6 years old. She did rec cheerleading and switched to Allstars and cheered until she was 19 years old and retired. She made her high school varsity team as a freshman and became captain her junior year. She also played soccer. She loves working with children. She is a kindergarten teacher. for the Harford County Public School System. Children hold a special spot in her heart. She was a rec cheerleading coach and switched to Allstars. She has been coaching Allstar cheerleading for 3 years. She has experience coaching levels 1-3.
Fun fact about Briana is her favorite place is Chick-Fil-A.
Courtney lives in Baltimore and works for IKEA full time. She has cheered for 11 years with Rec, School and Allstar. This is her 2nd year coaching Allstar cheerleading. I don't know if any word can describe her love and appreciation for the sport but she cannot wait to watch these athletes be the best they can be.
Bonnie is a full time nurse and a mother of two beautiful girls that are also apart of the MDT - Harford cheer family. She starting cheering when she was 11 years old for a local recreation program called the Rising Stars. After that she went on the cheer for the Maryland Rockets Allstars and that is where she really fell in love with the sport. She cheered a few seasons in high school for the Eastern Tech Mavericks. After have her daughters she realized how much she missed cheer and had to get back into it. She coached 2 years for the Perry Hall Rec program and 1 year for Stembridge Rec. She also coached a half year team for us us when we started BGC Allstars. She is a welcomed addition to our MDT family.
